Project Description
A total of 98 pints of blood were collected during the event, contributing to the national effort to meet emergency and medical blood needs. The estimated budget for the program was approximately Rs. 53,200, with Rotary Club of Sainbu Bhainsepati contributing Rs. 10,000 to support logistics, refreshments, and volunteer coordination.
Beneficiaries of the collected blood include accident victims, surgery patients, and individuals with chronic health conditions requiring regular transfusions. Many of these recipients belong to underprivileged communities with limited access to timely medical care.
In addition to fulfilling a vital health need, the program significantly boosted the public image of the organizing clubs. It strengthened community trust, encouraged youth engagement in social service, and demonstrated the value of unity among like-minded organizations.
This impactful initiative has set a strong example of service and solidarity, reinforcing the commitment of Rotary and Rotaract to creating lasting change.
